About the role: You will lead a team of colleagues who work across Secondary PGCE programmes (both provider-led and Schools Direct), with subject specialisms in English, Mathematics, Modern Languages, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics with Mathematics) and Humanities (Citizenship, Geography, History, Social Science). You will also contribute fully to the research activity of the School, developing your own research profile and as a member of one of our Special Interest Groups.
About you: We are seeking to appoint a talented teacher educator with the vision and experience to lead our Secondary PGCE provision. Experience of teaching in the UK Education system, and of engagement in Initial Teacher Education (ITE) in HE, are essential.
