We are looking to appoint a SENCo to support the leadership team in managing the provision for pupils with SEN. We would expect the successful candidate to have completed the SENCo qualification or be prepared to undertake it.
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who is sensitive to the needs of children and their parents with good interpersonal skills. We need someone who will work effectively with the Leadership Team and take a lead in raising standards for children with SEN and securing high quality provision for these pupils.
Boxgrove and Kidbrooke Park are partner schools in a soft federation and work closely together. Both schools are at an exciting turning point with a new leadership team and a strong focus on teaching and learning which are helping to rapidly raise standards.
