Do you have a passion for working with children?

We are looking for two highly motivated and inspirational teachers with SEN experience to work in our nursery.

At Willows we are a friendly supportive team who are committed and passionate about the support we provide to our children. Our children are aged 3 months - 5 years, many of whom have Special Education Needs.

Ofsted recently judged us as good with outstanding features (June 2014) and said.

"Well organised fun activities both indoors and out develop children's interests and help them to make good progress" and "with our current expansion into a new reception class from September 2014 these are exciting times at Willows".

We are looking for enthusiastic teachers with:

  • A proven track record teaching SEN or knowledge and understanding of the EYSF framework
  • Experience of working with younger children
  • A flexible approach to teaching
  • A background in delivering learning thorough play
  • Engages with children and remove barriers to learning
  • Excellent communication, organisational and observational skills
  • A good team player who would enjoy contributing to life a Willows
