The newly established Buckinghamshire Learning Trust delivers a range of services to support leadership, management and improved outcomes for children and young people as well as schools and early years settings across Buckinghamshire and beyond.
As a Strategic Intervention Adviser (SIA) you will have an in-depth knowledge of education, standards and the inspection framework and have the ability to adapt and readily challenge schools and targeted groups. You will provide project leadership to a portfolio of schools and assume monitoring officer responsibilities; this will include schools in a category of concern. You will have the opportunity to support the development of best practice in schools and provide effective and inspirational leadership to help schools perform at their absolute best.
