Are you an exceptional leader with the determination to lead and control the education excellence services across the SEN and Inclusion advisory service?
Buckinghamshire Learning Trust is looking to recruit an outstanding Strategy and Excellence Lead: SEN and Inclusion, to provide professional expertise and direction to a team of education excellence advisers and deliver strategic and targeted intervention at county and whole institutional level.

We deliver a range of services to support leadership, management and improved outcomes for children and young people; in line with this commitment we are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Excellence Lead: SEN and Inclusion to be part of a newly created team working to improve standards and accelerate progress in schools across Buckinghamshire and beyond.
As an exceptional Strategy and Excellence Lead: SEN and Inclusion, you will act as the Lead Officer for SEN and Inclusion practice across the county, providing support, management and challenge to a team of education excellence advisers. You will work closely with the Strategy and Intervention Managers across the service recommending and delivering innovative solutions across the county or within educational institutions which address key areas of concern in relation to SEN and Inclusion policy and practice. You will manage key relationships with customers locally to enable full evaluation of service delivery and focussed improvements to be identified, implemented and driven to meet strategic and service objectives.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership ability, with evidence of developing multi-disciplinary teams, managing staff, inspiring confidence, encouraging, motivating and influencing. You will have at least three years direct experience of SEN leadership preferably as a senior leader or inspector.
