Student Data Officer

If you have strong admin and MSOffice skills this role as Student Data Officer (internally known as Student Journey Officer) in our busy education support team is for you. Part of the Confetti Media Group, Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies is a forward thinking centre of learning which runs alongside our post-production film and TV company, Spool, our record label, Denizen, our furniture design and installation company, Constellations and our creative business centre, Antenna.

Join us and you will be part of the team co-ordinating admissions, processing offers, advising on fees and processing them. You will work with staff, students and partners to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also take responsibility for awarding body registrations, completions and certification. You will be kept busy inputting enrolment information and processing student ID cards to handling queries and helping with events.

As well as having strong admin and MSOffice skills you will good at analysing data and experienced at running internal systems and databases. With an eye for detail, you will be used to handling confidential data, good at working to deadlines and highly customer focused. An understanding of social media and experience of handling cash/tills would be helpful.
