United Learning is seeking an experienced Mathematics Teacher to lead outreach work across the Southern secondary academies. Your focus will be on supporting mathematics departments to improve progress and attainment.

The ideal candidate will be a Mathematics Teacher at Head of Department level who loves both their subject and improving classroom practice and who is looking for a challenge. It would suit someone who is a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) or who wants to become one, and is looking for experience to equip themselves for a senior leadership position.

If you are a skilled classroom practitioner, experienced in coaching and developing middle leaders and have the innovative approach it takes to try out new ideas and initiatives, we would like to hear from you.
