We are a dynamic and successful Tertiary College with 1,500 full time 16-18 year old students, 86% of whom are studying at Advanced Level, 200 apprentices and 3,000 adult students. We are ranked in the top ten of all tertiary and sixth form colleges for adding value at A level and BTEC in the January 2014 DfE performance table, as well as being ranked in the top 5% nationally by ALPS. We are looking to appoint the following vacancy for January 2015:

Subject Leader Business Studies and Economics

To lead and teach AS/A2 Business Studies, act as a personal tutor and to set up A Level Economics for September 2015.

Strode College is a further education establishment for students aged 16 to 19, providing vocational qualifications, A-levels, and the new T-levels as well as providing degree-level qualifications.  We are based in the town of Street, in Somerset and were labelled “outstanding” in the latest Ofsted report.
