Do you enjoy the challenge of working with disaffected young people?

You will have the enthusiasm and expertise to teach and lead the development of Art within the College (particularly KS3 and KS4). You will have a proven record of delivering high quality teaching and learning and be a creative and innovative practitioner who has the ability to lead, inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. The ability to develop enterprise across the KS4 curriculum will be an advantage. You will be based in the Secondary PRU with some delivery to other students.

Cranbury College is a complex, multi-site organisation which includes Primary PRU, Secondary PRU, Individual Learning Programmes, Behaviour Support Team, Reintegration Team, Home and Hospital Teaching, Medical Tuition and Vision (Post-16 work related learning programme).
