Job overview

We are looking to appoint a dynamic teacher to  this post. The successful candidate  will be expected to have a sound knowledge of current trends in effective learning and teaching, have experience of teaching across a wide range of classes and have the ability to identify and support children with a range of Additional Support Needs. This will involve working as part of a team to create effective learning environments to support the learning of individuals and groups of children.

As the Support for Learning Teacher at Doune your role would be  to support your school(s) in providing quality learning for all children and in particular those with Additional Support Needs. In doing so you will carry out the roles of Consultation, Direct  Teaching,  Co-operative Teaching, Specialist Services including assessment and Staff  Development.
