The successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be passionate about making a difference to the lives of the children at St Mary's Church in Wales School
  • Make a contribution to the life of the whole school, becoming an effective member of a professional and energetic staff team and continuing to improve the standards across all aspects of school life
  • Demonstrate a very good knowledge of the curriculum
  • Demonstrate effective management, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be sympathetic and supportive to the Christian ethos of our school
  • Be able to take on subject responsibility and lead improvements across the school (one of the posts to become lead in ICT)
