We are looking for a Teacher Content Manager to plan and develop engaging, valuable and innovative seminar and webinar content for English Language teachers.

You will be responsible for providing support for teachers, through seminar and webinar content, as part of a busy team producing content and courses for teachers, parents and learners. You will have the opportunity to input into our strategy for all these stakeholder groups, but your particular area of focus will be teacher seminar and webinar content. You will manage a team of writers and editors, commissioning content to build engagement with teachers and to support our exams, making links and connections to existing content where possible.

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and, in addition to a TEFL qualification, you will have significant ELT experience in a number of international contexts and have experience of both teacher professional development and project management.

You should have a good track record of developing teaching and learning materials, including content for online channels. You will also possess excellent communication, time-management and proofreading skills, an awareness of marketing principles, and be able to work well in a team within a busy office environment. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of virtual learning environments and educational uses of technology.

Experience of preparing candidates for Cambridge English examinations is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects, plan and prioritise a busy workload and use your initiative to keep projects on schedule.
