Teacher required for our Inclusion Resource Base for children with complex needs

This is a very exciting opportunity and challenge to work within a well-established Inclusion Resource Base, supporting children with complex needs. The provision has 8 pupil places and a high staff to pupil ratio.

De Bohun Primary School is a very inclusive school and is looking for a teacher that will go the extra mile to provide the best education possible for these children.

The post would involve teaching children who have statements of special educational needs or who are at school action plus with complex autistic spectrum conditions or additional needs as part of the mainstream school.

We require excellent and enthusiastic teacher who:

• Have a passion for children's learning with a creative approach
• Have very high expectations of achievement and behaviour
• Is flexible and adaptable
• Good organisational skills
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Is committed to the safeguarding of all pupils
• Have an additional qualification and expertise in teaching children with autistic spectrum condition difficulties or are willing to work towards gaining qualifications
