Teacher /Foundation Stage Coordinator

Our school is on an exciting journey, towards improving achievement for all our children.

With this in mind we are seeking to appoint a good/outstanding EYFS Coordinator to work in EYFS who is determined to provide exciting, high quality learning opportunities for our children.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable teacher committed to inspiring and motivating our children to make good progress and to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the same.

You will:

• Have good/outstanding classroom practise with high expectations of the children and staff
• Have a secure understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Have energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
• Deliver high quality, enriching lessons that enhance creative thinking
• Ensure good rates of progress for all children
• Create a learning environment that engages and inspires children
• Able to adapt planning to meet the needs of the children and requirements of the Foundation Stage Curriculum.
• Lead by exemplary practice
• Be able to turn challenges into possibilities
• Want to collaborate and be part of a great team
• Inspire others-children and adults alike
• Communicate effectively with a range of audiences
• Be accountable for the raising of attainment and rates of progress for all children.
• Demonstrate a proven track record on securing 'good' levels of achievement amongst all pupils.
• Demonstrate experience of coordinating a curriculum area.
