MacIntyre School, Wingrave (situated between Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard) is a vibrant and diverse residential boarding school for children and young people with severe learning disabilities and communication difficulties.

Every student at the school is provided with an individual programme of learning which is focused on practical activities and is designed to make the most of their potential. To support this aim, we are looking for a teacher to join our Key Stage 4 department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate imagination, perseverance and a commitment towards developing a variety of educational approaches which meet the needs of individual students. They will also have the ability to lead and inspire students, a class staff team and wider groups of professionals.
