Swiss Cottage School is a 4 x outstanding special school undergoing an exciting expansion due to its phenomenal success. We will reopen on our new site in June 2012 offering 232 places to children with a wide range of complex needs, aged 2-19, employing 170 staff.

The new school will:

• Be a Teaching School and National Centre of Excellence for SEN provision including having a Development and Research Centre which will provide training locally, nationally and internationally
• As a teaching school, have strong collaborative links with other schools and research institutions such as UCL and The Institute of Education
• Have fully-integrated, and extended multi-agency teams on site
• Run an extended day and be open all year
• Have respite facilities on site
• Have state-of-the-art ICT
• Have a cafe onsite and day nursery facilities for children of staff
