Secondment Opportunity within the Pupil Support Service for Fife Council Employees

We work hard to meet the varying needs of all our learners.Fife Education and Learning Directorate is the second largest in Scotland providing for over 55,500 children and young people. 

This is an opportunity for teachers to develop their knowledge and skills through teaching in a SfL / ASN setting. We would particularly welcome secondment applications from teachers working in mainstream schools within Fife; subject to the approval of their Head Teacher. 

Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain PVG Scheme Membership through Disclosure Scotland. 

You will be required to provide the name and contact details of at least two referees on the application form that cover your employment or academic history for the past 3 years. It is your responsibility to ensure that open references covering the past 3 years employment/academic history are submitted from your referees to Robbie.Duncan@fife.gov.uk no later than 14 November  2014, to ensure your application will be taken into consideration. Depending on your circumstances, you may require to provide the name and contact details of more than two referees. References received direct from applicants will be rejected.
