We seek motivated, creative and inspiring classroom practitioners with specialisms in either Chemistry or Physics, who can deliver consistently good or outstanding lessons, enthusing and engaging students to achieve their full potential.

Able to teach across all abilities at Key Stages 3 & 4, you will be passionate about promoting the teaching and learning of Science and have a strong commitment towards extra-curricular activities.

We believe in developing our teachers, placing great significance on professional development by delivering a 2 hour CPD programme for all colleagues every week.

If you are an effective and innovative teacher who is fully committed towards raising standards and improving results, then we would like to hear from you.

We are part of a multi-academy trust and our sponsor is an outstanding Academy and a National Teaching School. They operate the Outstanding Teacher Programme (OTP) which will give the successful candidate a route for further excellent professional development. Sir William Stanier School is part of The Learning Partnership.

The Learning Partnership is a new multi-academy trust that was formed on 1st September 2023 as a merger between The Learning Alliance and The Learning for Life Partnership. The trust consists of fourteen schools, eight of which are primary schools and six are secondary schools, all based across east Cheshire and north Staffordshire.
