Sir William Robertson Academy is a heavily over subscribed 11-18 comprehensive school of some 800 pupils, situated in pleasant rural surroundings on the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire border. Pupils with a positive approach to learning, a committed staff, a supportive body of parents and our calm rural setting, have helped to create a school with a strong pastoral system, which aspires to be outstanding in every area of its work. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Chemistry to join a successful, forward-looking department, which has a philosophy of shared practice. Successful applicants will be required to to teach across the entire age and ability range, within KS3 and KS4. There may be the opportunity to teach A Level for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate.
