Would you like to work in a friendly and supportive environment where teacher morale is a priority and SLT are on your side? As a result of promotion, we are looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our English department from 1 September 2014. You would be joining a hard-working and supportive team in a school where staff morale is high following our best ever exam results in 2012 and 2013.

NQTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply. For a non-NQT there is the possibility of a TLR (£2560 p.a.) for someone who could take responsibility for the development of literacy across the school.

The English department is highly successful, with boys consistently achieving levels of attainment and progress above national averages for boys. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make their mark and gain excellent career experience. You will also benefit from the support of our pastoral team who have transformed the behaviour and ethos of the school and made it an enjoyable environment for staff and boys.
