Being a relatively small secondary school, Sir Herbert Leon offers an environment where staff can build strong bonds with both colleagues and students. In an underinvested community, educators have the chance to inspire and raise aspirations of their students. We encourage our teachers to play multiple roles beyond just educators—like mentors and motivators.

We are a continuously growing school, striving to make overall improvements to the academy, student grades and changing the overall expectation of working in Bletchley. Without the support of talented staff, continuing that transition will be challenging.

Staff wellbeing is our priority, as well as our amazing benefits, we also encourage Sir Herbert Leon staff members to make the most out of the onsite gym and swimming pool as well as the benefits of being a part of one of England’s largest trusts.
