We are looking to appoint an NQT or experienced teacher to join our very successful English Department. Over recent years the English Department has been at the heart of our successful school improvement strategy and, through strong leadership, has managed to meet challenging targets.

We wish to employ someone with the ability to engage and inspire students and who will complement a team of dedicated teaching professionals. The successful applicant will support the teaching of English across all Key Stages (3 to 5) and will demonstrate the following:

  • A commitment to high achievement
  • Well developed and practised subject knowledge and teaching skills
  • A creative approach to leading learning
  • Effective communication skills
  • A commitment to professional development
