To start as soon as possible, or January 2015, a highly motivated, enthusiastic and well-qualified TEACHER OF ICT/COMPUTER SCIENCE to join a strong and expanding department which achieves excellent examination results. The post is ideally suited for either a newly qualified teacher or for a teacher with experience looking for a fresh challenge. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach at all key stages, including Sixth Form. An excellent induction programme exists for new staff, and opportunity for career development is a strength of the school.

Gillingham School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-19, voluntary-controlled, comprehensive secondary school, situated in Gillingham in Dorset. There are 1,766 students on the school roll, of whom 426 are students in the sixth form. Gillingham School’s roots in the community date back to 1516.
