This is an exciting position which offers considerable scope for an exceptional teacher to take part in the development of teaching and learning opportunities in our rich ICT provision. You will manage a substantial budget to further enhance our ICT provision and teach computing from Y1 to Y6. Our school is ready to take our ICT provision and learning to the next level! This position would be perfect for a primary trained teacher who has a passion for computing or an experienced secondary teacher who would like to bring their skills and expertise to the primary sector.

Like us, you will be dynamic, innovative and hardworking. You will also have exceptional subject knowledge and have a desire to impact positively upon our childrens' learning.

The successful candidate will possess the vision, enthusiasm and drive to lead a committed team who deliver a high quality, engaging education experience for all learners.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be passionate about the use of ICT to add value across the curriculum and motivate children's learning.
• Be an outstanding teacher of ICT.
• Be able to plan, prepare and teach ICT skills within a cross curricular context.
• Work closely with the school's ICT technicians.

Salary: MPS or Unqualified Teacher Pay Scale - a recruitment and retention allowance may be available for a candidate who can demonstrate the vision and experience to establish our school as a local centre of excellence for computing and ICT.
