An Exciting Opportunity to Join an Innovative Academy

Manchester Communication Academy is seeking to appoint talented, ambitious practitioners. The Academy opened in September 2010 with a cohort of year seven students and is continuing to grow and flourish.  The Academy represents a significant investment in this community and it is important for us to establish firm foundations and recruit the right people to work here. This is an exciting time to join us - we are growing in numbers and have developed an innovative approach to schooling in a purpose built learning environment. We are therefore looking to recruit professionals, who share our values and who are keen to progress their careers.

We are seeking practitioners of: Mathematics

We welcome applications from newly qualified teachers and experienced teachers, leadership allowances are available for those looking to develop their leadership capacity. 

The Maths department comprises of a team of hard working, committed and ambitious maths specialists including a lead professional. Together the team have created an exciting key stage 3 curriculum which enables students to enjoy maths and make rapid progress. This post will suit a hardworking, innovative and talented teacher of Mathematics.  We welcome applications from newly qualified teachers and those with more experience, looking to develop leadership skills. The key qualities we seek are those that demonstrate vision, the ability to work well within a team and to have a flexible approach. In addition to this, a commitment to inclusive education and community cohesion is vital.
