We have just entered our second year and currently have students aged 11 -13 with some of the students already embarking on GCSE level of study. We are looking for an outstanding and inspirational classroom practitioner who thinks outside the box with an excellent track record of teaching Mathematics to a wide spectrum of students. We are looking for someone who wants to join us on a journey to create something special; to offer students an alternative to the traditional approach to Secondary Education, an education that allows every pupil to prosper.

For the right person, there may also be the opportunity to take on the position of Lead Teacher of Mathematics with a TLR for the additional responsibility. We would also be willing to look at applications from experienced and successful Primary School teachers looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment.

Route 39 Academy has a specialism of personalisation with an extended school day. All students study Mathematics for four hours per week as well as studying STEM. We are a free school with our own terms and conditions.
