We are delighted to be able to advertise for a teacher of Mathematics to teach within our very vibrant and successful Mathematics department.  We are looking for an individual with passion and creativity who can enthuse students to develop a love of Mathematics and share new ideas for exciting teaching across the department.  We currently have a multi-million pound building project underway to provide bespoke 6th form teaching accommodation, new catering provision and exclusive 6th form study spaces.  It is an exciting time to join a rapidly improving school that is highly ambitious for our students and with many opportunities for staff that have aspirations and desire to progress and develop their own careers.  

This post would be ideal for an applicant who:

• is, or has the capacity to be, an outstanding classroom practitioner
• is passionate and committed to improving outcomes of every child
• shows drive to build on the strengths of the department but who can also offer a range of different skills and areas of expertise
• can work well and with flexibility within a team and fully embraces the strong extra-curricular offer of the department
• has the desire and enthusiasm to inspire students of all ages within the team
• is an excellent self-evaluator who constantly strives for improvement
