Newbold Community School is becoming Outwood Academy Newbold from January 2015.

Newbold Community School is seeking to appoint a teacher of Mathematics to assume responsibility for key groups of students including Y11 GCSE. This post is a key appointment in terms of enhancing and ensuring the positive life chances for our students through success and achievement in one of the gold standard subject areas.

We believe that all teaching and support staff posts at our Academy are key posts in terms of supporting student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences.

As such, we are keen to recruit a dedicated and ambitious professional who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.

Newbold Community School is an 11-18 school situated in the North-East area of Chesterfield close to the edge of the Peak District National Park. The school has outstanding facilities having been rebuilt within the last two years.
