Job overview
We require an excellent teacher of mathematics from 5 January 2015, for a fixed term period of one year or until the return of the existing member of staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of dedicated and professional Mathematicians and build on the current successes.
As a member of the team, we offer:
- The opportunity to teach in an outstanding school with an 83% pass rate at A*CEM in 2014 with 82% making 3 or more levels of progress in Mathematics.
- A supportive and experienced team of colleagues including a 2nd in Department, Head of Key Stage 3 Mathematics and Head of Key Stage 5 Mathematics as well as a dynamic maths network within the Cabot Learning Federation.
- An extensive provision of A level Maths and Further Maths.
- Strong and effective links with local ITT providers; Bristol University and UWE/CLF School Direct as part of the Cabot Learning Federation Teaching School.
