Teddington School is a very successful, heavily oversubscribed school, located in pleasant surroundings in Teddington, on the banks of the River Thames. This is an exciting time in the school's development. We moved into our state of the art building in 2010 and opened our new Sixth Form in September in its own new building in front of the school.

The successful candidate will be a well-qualified Teacher of Philosophy and Ethics with the ability to teach Humanities at KS3 and RS at KS4. They will be keen to join an established department and want to further develop their teaching skills in a strong, supportive and successful team. It is essential that any prospective candidate is able to teach innovative and engaging Philosophy lessons at KS5 and take a proactive role in developing innovative learning resources for a growing subject.

Staff at Teddington maintain the highest standards, have a positive outlook, are inventive in their thinking and adopt a ‘can-do’ approach. We were judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in November 2021 and are looking to the future as we work with the whole community and strive for even greater success.
