Values and vision

The mission statement of St Gregory’s reads: “This is our God, the servant King. He calls us now to follow him.” The school’s prayer is: “Inspire us to build a community based on love and respect. May we be empowered to challenge injustice every day. Help us to value and support each other to create a positive Learning environment where all may serve. Amen.”

The staff, parents, governors and students of St. Gregory’s Catholic High School aim to work in partnership to create a vibrant community in which all are valued. At the core of school life is a belief that there is no better inspiration than the example and teaching of Jesus Christ.

The school community seeks to set an example of service, inspired by Jesus, and in doing so fulfil the aspirations that it has for each of its pupils, and to foster their spiritual, academic and personal development.

Ofsted
