You will be joining The Milton Keynes Academy at a very exciting time. We are a rapidly improving Academy having just achieved our best ever exam results in both Key stages 4 and 5 (53% GCSEs 5 A*-C including English and Maths) which is a 40% increase on 2012 and which make us the fastest improving school in Milton Keynes. All areas of the Academy are improving and our Sixth Form is expanding.
We seek to recruit top practitioners to create a formidable staff team capable of delivering the high standards the students deserve and are looking for an enthusiastic, high calibre Teacher to deliver the highest quality teaching and learning and contribute to our continuing development to the next stage of our transformation.
We have superb facilities so that students can benefit from well-equipped, specially designed areas for all subjects. There are six science laboratories and every student is able to study separate science subjects.

The Milton Keynes Academy is a co-educational, non-selective secondary school for students aged 11-18. We are a member of the Creative Education Trust, a charity and multi-academy trust with a network of non-selective primary and secondary state schools. Together, we work to empower young people with the knowledge, skills and creativity they need to succeed in school and in life.
