We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and enthusiastic teacher to the Science Department in this 11-16 oversubscribed Catholic comprehensive school. We have been teaching A level Science since September 2013.

If you are, passionate about your work and the achievement of pupils then this could be the job for you. You will be assured of joining a friendly and supportive staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to high standards of classroom practice and will understand the importance of excellent learning and teaching, having a genuine regard for young people and high professional standards. The ability to work in a team is essential, sharing good practice and providing opportunities for students across the ability range. This post is suitable for an NQT or a more experienced teacher who is preferably able to teach Physics to A-level. A full programme of induction and support is offered.
