Job overview

A rapidly improving school (OFSTED 2013) with strengths in leadership, behaviour and teaching and learning, we are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic Science Teacher to help build on our continuing success.

The successful candidate must be able to teach Science to all abilities in Key Stages 3 and 4. Good ICT skills are required, given the range of ICT facilities on offer in the department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a real enthusiasm for science to gain experience in a good department. There are many opportunities within the department to take responsibility for a range of initiatives. If you have energy and a desire to make learning exciting and relevant to young people then this post has a lot to offer you. We are a school at an exciting phase in our development and have a real vision for the future.
