We can offer you an unusually high level of bespoke support and training with our exciting team of leaders and professionals.

Oasis Academies demonstrate consistently high levels of improvement. On average, each secondary school has increased the number of students obtaining five plus A*-C (including English and Maths) by 23 percentage points on their predecessor school.

While we are justifiably proud of this steep rise in attainment, as an organisation, we believe in the holistic development of individuals and would be interested to hear what unique skills and attributes you can offer the young people we work alongside.

The closing date for applications is 10th October 2014 with interviews held week commencing 13th October.
