River View is looking to appoint 2 dynamic and enthusiastic teachers to work in our large Key Stage 1 or lower key stage 2 phases, working flexibly in classes, small groups and with individual pupils. Some understanding of working with children with additional needs as well as how to support children with English as an Additional Language is desirable but support will be provided. Also an excellent understanding of the complexities of inner city education would be beneficial.

This might be in relation to lesson observations, FSP scores, APS progress for the full class or group that you teach or in relation to performance management/appraisal.
