Teacher

2 Permanent Teachers required ASAP or from 1st January 2015

River View is looking to appoint 2 dynamic and enthusiastic teachers to work in our large Key Stage 1 or lower key stage 2 phases, working flexibly in classes, small groups and with individual pupils. Some understanding of working with children with additional needs as well as how to support children with English as an Additional Language is desirable but support will be provided. Also an excellent understanding of the complexities of inner city education would be beneficial.

It is important that within your application you provide clear and concise evidence of the quality of your teaching and the impact on children's learning. This might be in relation to lesson observations, FSP scores, APS progress for the full class or group that you teach or in relation to performance management/appraisal.

Interviews - Panel interview + an interview with a group of Year 5 children. Friday 3rd October
