Following the promotion of the current post-holder we require a full time Teacher of Psychology, who would have responsibility for Sixth Form Psychology. The successful candidate would have the ability to teach AS and A Level, possess strong communication skills and be an effective classroom teacher, who can demonstrate the ability to raise the achievement of all students.

Harris City Academy Crystal Palace opened as Harris CTC in 1990 and converted to an academy in September 2007. The academy is a mixed school for 1,300 students aged 11-18 recruiting students from Croydon, Bromley, Lewisham, Southwark and Lambeth. The academy has twice been judged to be outstanding by Ofsted, with the most recent inspection judging the school to be outstanding in every aspect. It is one of the most oversubscribed comprehensive schools in the country, with performance in the top 5% and student progress in the top 3% nationally.
