Teaching Assistant

15 hours per week

The Governors of Field Court C of E Infant Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.

We require a part time (15 hours), qualified Teaching Assistant with experience, to work with Reception children on our Pupil Premium register.

The successful candidate would be required to:-

• Have a good understanding of how children learn and the principles of the EYFS
• Show commitment to enabling all children to reach their full potential
• Support individual and small groups of children with their learning and development
• Show initiative and have excellent organisation and communication skills
• Work closely with the Pupil Premium coordinator and class teachers

The post is fixed term until the end of the academic year 2015 in the first instance.
