Teaching Assistant (L2)

Term time only, Required for one year until July 2015

• The Head Teacher and Governors wish to appoint a motivated and committed Teaching Assistant to support our pupils. The successful candidate must be passionate about reading. They must be able run reading interventions and be able to inspire our pupils to read for pleasure. Experience of leading Literacy interventions would be an advantage. We are looking for a good team player who is able to work well under the supervision of our Intervention HLTA and become part of a supportive staff. They need to have an ability to foster excellent working relationships with children.
  Ofsted recently rated us as 'good'. We are seeking someone who can help us continue on our journey to 'outstanding'.
