We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position will be to predominantly support in Y1 but will involve supporting in other year groups as well

The successful candidate will:

• Have a good literacy and numeracy skills with GCSE English and Maths Grade C, or equivalent
• Have Level 2 NVQ or equivalent
• Have an interest in, and a good understanding of how young children learn
• Be a good team player
• Uphold the school's Christian ethos.
• Have a good knowledge of how to support with phonics and early reading
• Have some understanding of enquiry based learning.
