Teaching Assistant - Level 2

Temporary post until 31st August 2015 - Term Time Only Initially Part time Mornings

The Governing Body of Park View Community School wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a Foundation Stage pupil who has Special Educational Needs. We are looking for someone to work mornings only with a view to extending to full time if this is deemed appropriate for his needs and we can secure funding via the SEN route.

You will need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible. The successful candidate will be expected to support the class teachers and value the importance of play and independent learning. They will be joining a very well established and committed Foundation team.

About us
Park View Community School is a two form entry community school, for children aged three to eleven. The school opened in September 2007 and we moved into the new site on Varley Street in September 2010. The new school building is a state of the art purpose built resource, fit for a 21st Century education. It is certainly a very exciting time for all associated with our school.
