Hodnet is a growing primary school. It is a requirement that the post holder will have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification in supporting teaching and learning or equivalent. The post will require supporting a pupil with specific needs.
In addition these posts require individuals who demonstrate the following;
- A real commitment to working with children and those who impact their lives and educational experience including parents/carers and a range of multi-agency professionals.
- Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour issues
- A professional attitude and commitment to furthering their own development
- Experience of working across the primary phases
- A high level of motivation and initiative
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
