Job overview

20 hours per week (term time only + 5 days) in the first instance.

We require as soon as possible, an enthusiastic teaching assistant to help support a child with special needs on the autistic spectrum.

This post is to support a child as required throughout school. Applicants should possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification in teaching assistance or equivalent and have experience of supporting pupils throughout the first school age range. Knowledge of ADHD and ASD would be desirable.

This post is a fixed term contract to support a specific pupil with a statement of special educational needs and will end when the pupil leaves the school.
