Barlow Hall Primary School are looking to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant to support a child in our nursery with specific additional needs. This post will be fixed term for twelve months initially, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Barlow Hall Primary School are looking to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant to support a child in our nursery with specific additional needs.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Support a child with Down Syndrome
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Support the schools vision and values
- Have experience of working with young children to an appropriate level
- Have good communication skills and qualifications in maths and English

Barlow Hall Primary School is located in Chorlton, Manchester. We are one of the fastest improving schools in Manchester. Our staff team have worked very hard to achieve our school's improvement and we are very proud of our children.
We currently have 280 children on roll and we operate mainly, as a one to one and a half form entry school.

At Barlow Hall we work with children from the ages of three to eleven in three key stages.
Nursery and reception children (3 to 5 year olds) in our Foundation Stage. Children in Year 1 and 2 (5 to 7 year olds) in our key stage 1. Children in years 3,4,5 and 6 in our key stage 2 (7 to 11 year olds).
