Teaching Assistant

27.5 hours per week

Term time plus one week

We wish to appoint an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our successful Infant and Nursery School which was judged as outstanding for the second time in October 2013. The post is initially in our Reception classes.

The school uses a range of programmes/ resources to promote excellent learning these include; Read Write Inc, Numicon, Nurture, Thrive, PATHs and SEAL.

Our children are happy and eager to learn, you will be supported by a warm and friendly staff team and offered on-going professional development opportunities.

You must have;

• Good Numeracy and Literacy Skills
• TA standard or equivalent qualification or experience
• Successful experience of working in Key Stage One and Foundation Stage
• Ability to work as part of a team.
