Royal Greenwich is!
Our Children and Young People's Plan says:
'We want every child, living in a great borough in a great capital city, to be able to take full advantage of the opportunities available. Some children will need more support and, for them, every day matters and every action counts.'
This is where you come in
We have been a Pathfinder for the SEND reforms and we want to embed the positive work that has already been achieved and are now looking for a Team Leader for the SEND assessment team.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in leading teams positively through change, ability to work in partnership with other services and schools to deliver good outcomes for children with SEND, and the flexibility to consider and implement new ideas.
Greenwich has continued to invest in the services for children and young people and you will be leading a team that includes highly qualified teachers, and working alongside a Children with Disabilities social care team, and a range of excellent outreach services including ASD and Sensory Services.
