Wakefield City Academies Trust - WCAT is a multi-academy sponsor, specialising in the development of world-class academies which set high standards and give young people access to opportunities through excellent teaching and inspirational leadership. WCAT academies are at the heart of their communities and community learning, and work with local authorities, employers and high performing educational institutions. WCAT are seeking to appoint Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Trust Leaders of Education. Willow Academy is a rapidly transforming Academy which is part of this high performing Trust.

Job Summary:

Are you an outstanding teacher with an ambition and drive to take on a new and exciting leadership role with an outstanding Trust? Trust Leaders of Education work within their own schools to improve teaching and learning and develop middle leaders so that they have the skills to lead their own teams and improve practice in their own schools. You will also have a teaching responsibility for a KS1/KS2 class.
