Job overview

30 hours per week, 36 weeks per year.
Fixed-term contract from November 2014 to July 2015.

This post will provide term time administrative and clerical support for the Learner Support Directorate.  Main functions will include attendance tracking and reporting. 

Applicants should have a thorough working knowledge of administrative systems and procedures, and experience of working in a customer focused role. A good level of PC literacy including accurate keyboard skills and the use of speadsheets and databases is required.

A professional approach, excellent communication skills and experience of maintaining administrative records with a high degree of accuracy are also essential.
