Our "good" school (Ofsted 2012) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, excellent Unit Catering Manager to work within our friendly kitchen.

We currently provide approximately 40 breakfasts and 250 lunchtime meals.

The Governors are looking for a Catering Manager with the following qualities:

  • Have experience of leading a small team
  • Promote school meals
  • Plan healthy meals ensuring to meet National Nutritional standards with a creative approach
  • Be extremely reliable and punctual
  • Be very flexible, resourceful and adaptable in their approach to work
  • Possess outstanding team working and interpersonal skills.

This post is term time plus one week (39 weeks) and holidays will be taken during school closure.

Hours: 35 per week (7.00 to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday)
