You will manage the provision of catering services and kitchen staff under the general direction of a senior colleague preparing, cooking and serving food and beverages. You will manage the administration, collection, reconciliation and security of monies relating to till operation and management of cashless systems.
You must have a basic food hygiene certificate, a nationally recognised qualification in Food Preparation and Cooking would be desirable. You will have relevant experience of working in a catering environment.
